In conjunction with this year’s Borneo Jazz (BJ) and Rainforest World Music Festival (RWMF), the Sarawak Tourism Board (STB) has once again roped in the creative talents of local university students to design T-shirts which will be produced as merchandise items for the iconic events.
A total of 130 T-shirt designs will be displayed at the T-Shirt Design Exhibition and Voting Competition at tHe Spring Shopping Mall until tomorrow (March 4). It features the artistic works of students from Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) Sarawak and Limkokwing Borneo.Meanwhile, promotional tickets to the renowned music fests will also be available at the exhibition. Early birds will be able to purchase one-day tickets at an attractive 50 per cent discount.Both BJ and RWMF to be held on May 11 to 12 and July 13 to 15 respectively, have garnered much global acclaim, setting a platform to showcase the best of what Sarawak has to offer the world. They are also an opportunity for Sarawakians and visitors to converge and be part of a cultural and musical extravaganza.
